What is net weight and drained weight?
The NET WEIGHT OF A CAN OF ABALONE includes both the abalone AND the stock. For consumer, it is important to
know that the drained weight is the NET WEIGHT OF THE ABALONE which you are paying for.

How do we store the packed abalone?
The abalone needs no refrigeration in its original packings. It should be stored in a cool and dry place, preferably in an air-conditioned area.
