Only Local Delivery within Singapore (no offshore) available.
Customers can choose to Self-collect or delivery by courier.
Upon confirmation of payment:
For Self-collection, an appointed date and time will be arranged with the customer, allowing reasonable time for
both parties to prepare. Place of collection will be at No. 397, Jalan Besar #03-01, Singapore 209007.
For Delivery, there will be a delivery charge of S$10.00 which will be paid in cash to the courier, irrespective of
the amount purchased. Customers to ensure their presence during the appointed delivery place, date and time.
Availability of Products
In the event that the product purchased is currently not available, we will inform customer of any replacement or
refund. The replacement can be a product with similar value or the refund will be credited back into your account.
Exchange, Return and Refund Policy
For health reasons, under no circumstances do we accept return of products. However, if customer is not happy or
satisfied with our products, all requests relating to refunds are subject to approval on a case by case basis.
All decisions related to refunds are at the sole discretion of PNR Trading.
